"The eating of an orange is a lot like a good marriage."
Stanford
In the middle of February I received a letter of acceptance from the Structural Engineering graduate program at Stanford University. A miracle had happened, and I decided to jump on such an incredible opportunity. I drove up to Palo Alto on September 11, 2010 and have since been exploring the campus, meeting new people, and of course, attending classes. Being so far away from my family and friends back home, and hoping to build on the surprising success of my Japan blog, I've decided to starting posting once again my experiences in such a new and exciting place. I don't know if this will go anywhere, whether I'll even have time to write anything as the quarter becomes increasingly busy, but I'll try. page 3 page 2 page 1
